Claire Bernish from Activist Post reported on 15 September 2016 that the Police were Police across the USA were stopping innocent people and collecting their DNA. This was a violation of the Bill of the Rights, the Fourth Amendment to be precise, that being to recognise and acknowledge an individual’s God-given right to be secure in their property and person from unwarranted search and seizure. Yet, this procedure continued unabated, and has now gone into overdrive with the Covid scamdemic and operating from the playbook of the Rockefeller Foundation’s April 2020 National Covid-19 Testing Action Plan – Pragmatic steps to reopen our workplaces and our communities (an addition to their 2010 ‘predictive’ work called Operation Lockstep). What the Foundation’s addendum to Lockstep wants is EVERYONE in the USA to be tested and their DNA collected.
The paper says, ‘The plan also includes: launching a Covid Community Healthcare Corps so every American can easily get tested with privacy-centric contact tracing; a testing data commons and digital platform to track Covid-19 statuses, resources, and effective treatment protocols across states and be a clearinghouse for data on new technologies … at least 100,000 people and perhaps as many as 300,000 must be hired to undertake a vigorous campaign of test administration and contact tracing.‘ For a virus that has a lethality that is lower or equal to that of the seasonal flu (some like me would say that it IS a seasonal flu). All of which makes absolutely no sense at all to the critical mind. The harvesting of human DNA sets some seriously dangerous precedents for humanity.
Globally PCR testing has enacted every fascist, totalitarian country, state, empire’s wet dream. This collection of personal DNA is the equivalent of ‘gotcha ya bastard!’ With the levels of technological surveillance going into the stratosphere and integrating biological processes through implantable (nanotech) the clear and present dangers beggar belief.

The article continues with a mindfuck, ‘CFIUS — the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. — is an interagency group that has regulatory power over foreign purchases of U.S. companies and real estate. The State Department and the Department of Defense both play prominent roles in it. Under the Obama-Biden administration, CFIUS foolishly approved Beijing Genomics Incorporated’s (BGI’s) purchase of Complete Genomics Inc., (CGI) a U.S. company, in 2012. By approving that purchase, CFIUS gave BGI access to CGI’s database of American DNA profiles and entry into the U.S. genomics market. It was akin to enabling the Chinese company Huawei to build a 5G network in the U.S., which President Trump stopped because a Huawei-built 5G network would give China access to virtually all U.S. data.’ Damn that Trump for putting America first. He may have put an end (maybe) to the greatest weapon that China could have against the USA. Biological weapons are designed to target not only ethnic groups but individuals through technological means, eg, Huawei 5G network. If he was quick enough, but with the Rockefeller’s love of everything Communist China, implementing their plan through DNA collection through PCR testing may still be continuing against the wishes of those not wishing to see the complete decimation of the populace of the USA by China in warfare (biological/technological).
Globally, where Chinese Communist Elites have invested, aided financially, the DNA harvest flows in, from Melbourne, Australia to New Zealand to Africa/Latin America, the South Pacific, and Asia. Is ALL this information finding its way back to a Chinese database? With a country giving the finger to the Geneva Convention on Biological Weapons and violating human rights as I draw breath, it’s still speculation until proven to be fact. If it is fact, then the global populace might be severely decreased sometime in the mid 2020s.
